Cimmaron is at your service before you arrive and while you are on St. JohnARRIVAL SERVICES
We will be expecting your phone calls from both the airport and again when your are boarding the ferry on St. Thomas. Upon arrival on St. John, your party will be met by a member of the Cimmaron team. Your greeter will be waiting at the end of the ferry dock (or if you rented your vehicle in St. Thomas, at the exit from the car barge dock) holding a sign with your last name on it. You will be escorted to your St. John rental car company (if applicable) and then led to your villa where you will receive a brief orientation of the villa and St. John and be left with the keys to your "island vacation home."
WELCOME BAG / INFORMATION BINDER
A Welcome Bag with beverages and snacks will be in the fridge for your arrival. You will also receive a St. John Guidebook and Map. There is binder at the Villa which contains a wealth of information on the villa and island life on St. John, including information on restaurants, activities, and shopping.
CONCIERGE SERVICES Cimmaron's office is fully staffed 7 days a week. Our staff looks forward to receiving your call requesting local knowledge in recommending ways to spend your days and nights on St. John -- boat trips, dining options, water sports, hiking trips -- and we will be happy to assist you with the arrangements. HOUSEKEEPING Cleanliness is highly regarded at Cimmaron. Your villa is thorougly cleaned prior to your arrival. If you villa receives a complimentary mid-stay tidyup your greeter will let you know when the housekeeper will be there. Arrangements for additional housekeeping services, at your convenience and cost, may be arranged by contacting our office.
MAINTENANCE Cimmaron's maintenance staff is available 24/7 to assist you with any maintenance issues that you may have. We will respond quickly with the least disruption to your stay.
